Interviewing & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling

Technical knowledge: Understanding of lighting, audio, and camera equipment

Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with clients, directors, and other team members

Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in specific video genres: (e.g., corporate, documentary, commercial, talking head)

Ability to travel for on-location shoots
